Super friendly staff! The pizza is very tasty :) Actually no waiting time on Thursday for the Pizza Festival (2 minutes for the first cola, pizza came every 5 minutes) The furnishings and the toilets are in good condition. I can only recommend it!

Chicken Sticks & Bruschetta ordered. They just need 2 hours Lieferbote doesn't understand any German and is not friendly And thank you for knocking my food over because you all joked about putting the sauce in the box .. EVERYTHING soaked and soaked! And the bruschetta wasn't good either

Staff very helpful. As outsiders, we didn't know how to get into the restaurant with a person in a wheelchair. The employee took the time to show me the way to an elevator and was very helpful. The food was also very good, by the way.

We are always happy to be there. Thursday is pizza festival there. Folks it's worth it! It's so tasty.

Fast and friendly service, tables and cutlery clean, pizza largely as expected, but all toppings on the cheese instead of underneath. For most other branches, e.g. the pepperoni sausage under the cheese, as soon as you order something like peppers.

The children's playground could do with a bit of love and hygiene, the food and the service were typically delicious and fast. Fast food.

It may be delicious, but unfortunately it takes far too long. Just waiting for the drink for half an hour ... reFriendliness alone doesn't count.

The pizzas are delicious, but the waitresses should come to the table a little more often. When you order free refill drinks, it is always very time-consuming to get a new drink.

The location is extremely easy to reach! The good transport connections make a visit quickly feasible. You can get both: friendly and brisk waiter. From my point of view, a detour there is highly recommended.

The small pizzas are very tasty, the larger ones are not and monotonous. Had to wait 3 hours for 2 small pizzas ... Since then the pizzas have been served in the pan like nothing else. Still a cool way to eat after the cinema.

We were here last weekend and everything was to our satisfaction. We were all fed up and could take our leftovers with us. The only point of criticism: As a service employee, it is not only a question of whether everything is OK, but also of stopping by to ask if anyone else wants to drink something

If you want to eat something here, you should bring some time with you. The order is quickly taken until the dish is on the table, it usually takes a while. The pizzas are really big, but they cost a lot. The staff is very friendly, but sometimes a little disoriented.

The service was very friendly. However, the whole family has been sitting on the toilet for two days since visiting the restaurant with watery diarrhea. Good thing we have 3 toilets in the house. Even the baby who is breastfed has stomach cramps and watery stools. You should better cool your chicken meat.

Rucola classic medium..... a complete waste of money.. soggy in the middle, crust was difficult to chew...couldn't even finish four slices. Felt like everything was just raw. Never again

Very good area to get a Pizza.

Is a little bit pricey, Vapiano is cheaper. Regarding the quality of the food, I have no complain. Pizzas are tasty and they have different options and sizes, and more stuff in the menu like pastas and chicken wings. They also have desserts. They have an option were you pay to have a refill of your beverage as many times as you want. The personal is nice. I do not give them 5 starts because most of the times, the toilet area is not so clean.

The meal was tasty as know from Pizza Hut, but the service at Pizza Hut (near Cinestar in Kassel) was just horrible! Staff is less motivated, rude, it takes to long to get the order and for payment YOU NEED to go to the staff, otherwise you stay there for a long long time. But the city is nice!

The food was fine, but the service not so much. It is super hot outside, but I was denied a free glass of tap water. I know Germany can refuse to give tap water, but isn’t it human dignity to help a fellow citizen out? Apparently not. Even worse, a friend ordered a refillable beverage and said he can get me some water to which the waitress ordered him not to share it with me. She explicitly told him not to allow me any water.

best american pizza !!! 99% pizza shop in Germany don't have stuffed crust pizza (filled with cheese). only pizza hut got this!!!

Plus: There's a nice corner for kids. Friendly Team manager. MINUS : After our order was forgotten, the Chicken Nuggets that we're served were tough as leather. After we complained, we got some new ones that were fresh.

Hasn't been to a Pizzahut for likely one year. Then the staff here were fine but the pasta was a nightmare, as it's toooooo salty for me. But why it's like this salty?
